Molly Knight, CSA, CDC

Molly Knight, CSA, CDC is a seasoned casting director with over 15 years of experience shaping talent for film, television, commercials, and digital content across North America.

After studying film at the University of Toronto, Molly launched her career in Florida as a Casting Assistant to renowned Casting Director Rose Rosen, CSA, where she worked on numerous commercials, print campaigns, and reality series. She later returned to Toronto to establish Molly Knight Casting, a full-service casting company dedicated to discovering top-tier talent in both English and French.

Passionate about fostering actors’ careers, Molly created the Weekly Self-Tape Challenge during the pandemic, helping performers worldwide refine their self-taping skills and gain exposure. She is also a recurring guest on the Apple podcast Casting Confidential and serves as a judge for various acting workshops and competitions.

A proud member of the Casting Society of America (CSA) and the Canadian Society of Casting Directors (CDC), Molly remains deeply committed to elevating the craft of acting through thoughtful and dynamic casting.
